The aim of this website is to provide you with detailed information on a wide range of fruit varieties and ornamental trees, and a convenient online ordering facility. The main features can all be accessed using the links on the menu bar at the top of every page.

| How to Search for Trees and Plants |
You can search by using the Search the Nursery facility. Alternatively click on Catalogue on the menubar
at the top of every page to go to the catalogue page where you will find three other methods of searching.

| Search the Nursery |
This can be found at the top of every page. You can use the name or even part of the name of whatever you are looking for to search for it.

| Browse our catalogue |
Found on the catalogue page, this can be used to have a look through the range of trees or plants of a particular kind eg peach trees or espalier trained apple trees.

| Plant Database |
Found on the catalogue page, this can be used to look through the plants in our database section by section.

| Advanced Search |
Found on the catalogue page, this can be used to find varieties matching one or more criteria. For example apple varieties originating from a particular region, varieties with resistance to a disease or varieties suitable for a particular use.

| Plant information pages |
You can access information on an individual plant variety by clicking on the variety name highlighted in red. Search the Nursery will also take you directly to these pages if there is only one matching result for your search.
There are up to four information pages for each variety as follows. You can move from one to another using the menu in the yellow panel on the left of the page.

| Summary |
This page has a brief description of the variety, some of the main characteristics and where available an image.
|
| Ordering |
This page shows you what is available, prices and allows you to order online.
|
| Description |
This page has a full description of the variety including its history, physical characteristics and other features of interest.
|
| Characteristics |
This is a detailed summary of the characteristics of the variety such as origin, pollination information, disease resistance and susceptibility.

| Brief information pop-up box |
In addition to the main information pages listed above you can also open a pop-up box containing brief information by clicking on the  next to an item.

| How to Order |
You can order online, or if you prefer by telephone or post. Ordering online is easy and convenient. Appropriate instructions are given at each stage.
